Fran Tarkenton

Chairman Fran Tarkenton obtained his insurance license in 1959, completed a Hall of Fame NFL career of 18 years, and has launched over 20 different businesses. Tarkenton Financial has served the senior market with life and annuity products for over 20 years and Fran is excited to lead our expansion into the Medicare and Final Expense Markets. Fran sets the tone for our company and our mission to help people!

Rick Barnes

Chief Executive Officer Rick Barnes started in the senior market in 1995.  Over 27 years, Rick has been a personal producer, who has sold several million in premium, built several agencies and sold his own agency in 2009.  Rick has trained, developed and mentored over 1,000 and developed our proprietary BluePrint for Success.  He also has strong relationships with all of the top carriers and will lead the day-to-day operations of our Company.
